Duo Haryanto Racers met the Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs Liputan6.com, 18 December 2008 Liputan6.com, Jakarta: Two Indonesian racers, Rio and Ryan Haryanto came to meet the Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs, Adhyaksa Dault, in Jakarta. These two brothers conveyed their achievements on managing the champion of Formula Asia 2008. Rio Haryanto had indeed achievements in international racing sport this year. Rio came up as the champion of Asia category when he went down of one full racing season in the Formula Asia 2.0 Championship. While in the international category, Rio was on 3td place. Just for the information, the participation of Rio and Ryan on the racing season before was more maintained by their own personal finance. For the next season, they hope that Rio who will be going up to the next level by taking part in Formula BMW Asia will be donated by sponsors. Rio can be called as one of the potential younger Indonesian racers. Before getting the champion in Formula Asia, Rio had experienced across Gokart. Now, Rio is 15 years of age.(OMI/Erlangga Wisnuaji)
